  • Hourly pay (during 90 day probation period, and while building clientele for the first 6 months)
  • 45% commission based pay, after initial 6 months.

  • We are not departmentalized, therefore you can continue to build your cut/style skills as well as color and highlighting.
  • All stylists are provided continued education with in-salon color classes, as well as outside education by Neill Corporation
